Sales · scenario 3 of 5
Follow-ups that happen without anyone remembering
I build follow-up that starts from a real event, such as an offer sent, and stops the moment the customer answers.
How it works
- 01 · Event
Something happened
An offer went out, an invoice was issued or a customer went quiet.
- 02 · Data
Deal state only
Stage, last contact and the open item; not the full correspondence.
- 03 · AI
Next step chosen
The AI decides what comes next: an email, an SMS, a task for the rep, or nothing.
- 04 · Action
Sent or assigned
The message goes out in your wording, or the rep gets a task with context.
- 05 · Check
A reply stops it
When the customer answers or the deal moves, the sequence ends.
- 06 · Human
Rep takes over
Questions, objections and price talks go straight to the rep.
What you get
- No offer sits unanswered because someone was on holiday.
- A customer who already replied never gets a reminder.
- Reps see only the deals that need a person.
Example
A tradesman's business sends an offer for a new bathroom. With no reply after the agreed days, the customer gets a short question in the owner's tone. They ask for a date, the sequence stops, the office gets a task.
Privacy by design
The AI sees the deal's status and the open item, not the mailbox. Messages start only from a concrete event. The CRM keeps the outcome: answered, stopped or handed over.
Typical stack
CRM API · email and SMS gateways · LLM for classifying replies · n8n or Python workflows
Built into what you already run: your CRM, telephony, n8n instance or cloud stay in place. I can also take over an existing workflow or join a running project.

You get back what to automate first — and what not to.
