A CRM that fills itself

I connect phone, email, website and your other systems to the CRM, so every event becomes one clean record and starts the right workflow. AI agents run the whole sequence and ask a person where it matters.

How it works

  1. 01 · Event

    Anything happens

A call, an email, a web request, a stock change in the ERP.

  2. 02 · Data

    One format, minimum context

Events are normalised into one format; each step gets only the fields it needs.

  3. 03 · AI

    Workflow selected

The agent decides what the request is and which workflow applies: qualify, route, answer, remind.

  4. 04 · Action

    CRM updated

Records, tasks and drafts are created without anyone retyping them.

  5. 05 · Check

    Result verified

Each step confirms it worked; failures are retried or reported.

  6. 06 · Human

    Approval where needed

Customer replies and anything unusual wait for a person until you decide otherwise.

What you get

  • Nobody types the same customer into two systems.
  • Research, qualification and follow-up run as one pipeline.
  • You can see where each request stands and why.

Example

An email asks for a quote. The system recognises the customer, qualifies the request, creates the CRM entry and a rep's task, and drafts a reply for approval. Silence starts follow-up; an answer stops it.

Privacy by design

Each step knows which data it needs and who may see it. I keep operational data, results and audit logs apart. The rule: collect only what the process needs.

Typical stack

CRM API · n8n or Python workflows · LLM agents with tool calling · email, telephony and ERP connectors · PostgreSQL

Built into what you already run: your CRM, telephony, n8n instance or cloud stay in place. I can also take over an existing workflow or join a running project.

Describe what slows you down.

You get back what to automate first — and what not to.
